Marketing Leadership Council: Innovation Diagnostic



This short survey is designed to collect your views on the current state of innovation efforts at your company. The questionnaire takes approximately 10 minutes to complete and is broken out across three primary areas:


    1. Your company’s success to date managing and profiting from innovation.

    2. Your perceptions of the most important drivers of innovation success or failure.

    3. Your perceptions of the effectiveness of your company today across those same drivers.


After conducting the analysis, the Marketing Leadership Council will analyze your responses and compare them with a benchmark set we are currently collecting. Once we’ve arrived at a critical mass for this benchmark set, we will report back to you with a preliminary analysis.
